Terms and Conditions

Payment is due upon pick-up.  Special orders may require an advance deposit.

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.  A $30.00 fee will be imposed for any returned checks.

Prices are based on the current market conditions and are subject to change without notice.

For all purchases, we must have a current valid copy of your state sales tax exemption certificate on file or sales tax will be charged.

In order to maintain the lowest possible pricing for our customers, we do not accept returns or permit exchanges.    All stock is guaranteed in good healthy condition and we will exercise care to have all plants true to size and name.

We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness of any nursery stock after it is sold. Due to many conditions beyond our control, including weather, planting, soil, and maintenance conditions, we cannot guarantee plants after they leave our nursery.  We do not replace plants that fail to live or thrive.
